Independent Model Management, better known as IMM, was founded in 2010 by Ekaterina Sánchez and Natasha Fleming, but since January 2020, only Natasha is managing the company. We are a highly experienced Costa Rican boutique mother agency, that discovers, develops and places models in the best modeling agencies around the world; and for the last 14 years we have been forerunners and the biggest modeling agency in Costa Rica and Latin-America, in managing, representing, and placing models in the most prominent fashion capitals in the world.
Currently we represent only female models, some of which got signed to top international modeling agencies such as: IMG Australia, Elite NY, Ford Models , The Society NY, Select Models Milan, Elite Model World, Viva Model, Women Paris, NEXT, MUSE NY, Premium Paris, Trend Spain, Monster Milan, among others. We have helped some models develop successful careers, most renowned models like Honey Ordoñez, Patricia Del Valle, Juliana Herz, Adriana Mora, Ela Fundora, Luisa Pérez, Verónica Siblesz, in addition to other models in our board.
We have looked for new faces throughout Latin America, the U.S., and the Caribbean, and now represent Peruvian, Colombian, American and Argentinian models. We work with a new concept and approach to the modeling industry, concentrating on high fashion, editorials, commercial, fashion, catalogues, and runways.
During the last four years we have put all our efforts into being a unique and modern agency, not offering quantity but quality, giving the same opportunities to all our models to develop successful careers.
We are always on the lookout for new profiles, with or without modeling experience, that are not only unique but also with a great potential and personality to start an international modeling career.
In 2023 we opened our doors in Peru and since then we have grown exponentially, working with top Peruvian brands.
