Independent Model Management, better known as IMM, was founded in 2010 by Natasha Fleming. We are a highly experienced boutique mother agency based in Costa Rica, with a growing presence across Latin America, including Peru and Colombia. We are dedicated to discovering, developing, and placing models with leading modeling agencies around the world. For over 16 years, we have been pioneers in the modeling industry in Costa Rica and Latin America, managing, representing, and placing talent in the most prominent fashion capitals worldwide.
Currently, we represent exclusively female models, many of whom have been signed with top international modeling agencies such as IMG Australia, Elite NY, Ford Models, The Society NY, Select Models Milan, Elite Model World, Viva Model, Women Paris, NEXT, MUSE NY, Premium Paris, Trend Spain, Monster Milan, among others.

We have helped develop successful international careers for some of the industry's most recognized models, including Honey Ordoñez, Patricia Del Valle, Juliana Herz, Adriana Mora, Ela Fundora, Luisa Pérez, and Verónica Siblesz, alongside the many other talents represented on our board.
We continuously scout for new faces throughout Latin America, the United States, and the Caribbean. Today, we represent talent from Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, the United States, and Argentina, connecting them with opportunities both locally and internationally.
We work with a new concept and approach to the modeling industry, focusing on high fashion, editorials, commercial, fashion, catalogues, and runway, with a strong emphasis on long-term development and international placement.

Over the years, we have dedicated ourselves to building a unique and modern agency, choosing quality over quantity and ensuring that every model receives the individual attention, guidance, and opportunities needed to develop a successful career.
In 2023, we expanded our presence to Peru, where we have grown exponentially, working with leading Peruvian brands and developing strong relationships within the local fashion industry. In April 2026, we further expanded our presence in the region with the opening of IMM Colombia in Bogotá, strengthening our network and our commitment to developing Latin American talent for the international market.

We are always on the lookout for new faces, with or without previous modeling experience, who are not only unique but also possess the potential, personality, and determination to build a successful international modeling career.
